Short Term Intensive Training (STIT) provides occupational specific intensive training for current employees or individuals seeking employment by effectively and economically matching their training needs with those of industry.

College of Eastern Utah participates in the STIT program to provide short-term courses which are on-going or on-demand to fulfill immediate business, industry, or community needs.

Using STIT funding, CEU can:

• Schedule classes at convenient times and places.
  
• Utilize college facilities and equipment, if desired.
  
• Provide classes from one day to one year.
  
• Customize the curricula to meet the specifications desired.
  
• Provide up to half of training costs.
  
• Work with other federal, state or private funding agencies.
